Stevey, a Google employee/programmer type talks about life at the company. More importantly he debunks the fad-diet equivalent programming mantras with some
real world experience of what works and what doesn't in the software development world.
It's pretty refreshing, not unlike another rant Jason found regarding
startups and why you should at least try to do one.
Both are inspirational/interesting reading for those in any sort of technical industry (or anyone that has gone to school, really).
