Recently, the Millenium Simulation came to a close. For those of you who don't know what the Millenium Project was, let me explain. The overall purpose of the project was to simulate the growth of a universe via the distribution of dark matter (what most of space is made up of).

Millenium Simulation boasts some great images and video of the simulated universe, showing a universe on a scale that is almost unimaginable. I don't know about you guys, but it sure makes me wonder how big the universe really is. I mean, if this project was only run in a finite time period, think about how large the real universe must be if it's been running for eternity. Anyways, cool pics, great videos, awesome idea. Check it out.
