Well, I'm back at the Terminal on Wednesday morning, and as such, it's time for me to start blogging about the previous day's events.
We were up by 7:30, buffet breakfast - very nice. For most of the morning, the Australian Teams were training for the competition (until about 11). We started sightseeing at about 11:30, on a bus to Darling Harbour. From there we took a cruise out to the Heads and Back - this involved going under the bridge twice, which was quite an experience. It's a lot bigger than I thought it would have been. Lunch was OK.

After the cruise, we were given a bus tour around the inner suburbs of Sydney - we visited Bondi Beach. Alex "The Insane Person" Davies decided to go for a swim. Quite scary given that it was very windy and generally not very nice down there. We have some good photos of that event, as well as of Randolph the Reindeer. Our next stop was The Gap (every depressed person's favourite jumping point), where we walked around for a few minutes. Lots of photos were taken - unfortunately, due to a lack of connection on this computer, I cannot share them :(.
We concluded our journey at Circular Quay, where we walked up to and around the Opera House. Jet reminds me to tell you that the roof is hollow.
Dinner was at a Hamburger Joint on Circular Quay called "City Extra". I had a Journo Burger and Fries. We went upstairs to the Freeway to get some nice night photos of the harbour bridge and Opera House. Once again, no photos today.
We concluded our dau by going to the cinema out the back of our Hotel. We firstly played in the arcade. I finally got the hang of DDR (I reckon given another week I could beat Jeremy :P). We saw Stealth. Overall, it was a pretty good movie, except that we saw it as part of a programming trip. Hence, we all took apart the "Plot" and Special Effect as we were leaving.
Bed was about 11:40.
