Turns out Isaac Hayes didn't quit South Park after all.  According to the New York Post, "Hayes has been away ... because he had a stroke."  He was not the one to issue the press release saying that he was quitting the show due to religious issues.  As a matter of fact, Scientologist, Christina Kimball, issued the press release.  According to foxnews.com, "Hayes loves South Park and needs it for income.  He has a new wife and a baby on the way."  [via]

Update:  Hayes' rep reassures media that Hayes did leave on his own.
