After watching this documentary on Japanese Sushi, I realized that I was eating sushi all wrong.  I'm not a sushi masta', I'm a sushi disgrace--I probably should never eat sushi again. 

Well, at least now I'm schooled in the art of sushi eating so I don't have to embarrass myself anymore.  I'm not yet at samurai status, but I'll get there.

Very funny 'Cadre folks.  It's a must see.
