Easy Eraser and Mr. Clean Magic Erasers can cause serious abrasion and chemical burns

boy with chemical burnI had often wondered if the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers and Easy Erasers really work on tough wall stains and mark-ups.  After reading this woman's article I don't think I'll spend my money on erasers that could potentially cause abrasion and chemical burns.
