Staff at a 7-Eleven in Tokyo, Japan were getting irritated with an elderly man who would spend hours in the store browsing magazines he did not buy.  Staff told the man to stop, he left the store, and returned waving a chainsaw yelling, "I'll cut you to pieces!"

Authorities were notified as the man continued to browse the magazines.  When he was arrested, the chainsaw was still running outside the store.  Nobody was hurt in the incident.
