Here are a series of photos of a vehicle being rescued from the water. 

The story goes like this...  It looks like a hatchback drove off the pier into the water.  A medium-sized crane comes to the rescue and starts to pull the hatchback out of the water.  The hatchback is too much car for the crane and both vehicles fall into the water.  A larger crane is then brought out to rescue both vehicles, but then falls into the water itself.
