You can use a variety of different mediums when composing art: pencils, stone, paint, charcoal, crayons, clay, and... Jell-O. Yes, I said Jell-O.
I have to say that what this artist did is pretty amazing if it is legit. Imagine the city of San Francisco made entirely of Jell-O. Pretty sweet, right? (Okay, bad pun, but still very cool.)
I wonder if she used the Jell-O Jigglers recipe in order to make the buildings more structurally sound. Quite possibly.
