The well-known Wayans brothers (Keenan Ivory, Damon, Shawn and Marlon--is that all of them?) are in the talks of developing 70 acres of land in Oakland, California. 

What do they plan to build?  Well, move over Disneyland because they plan on building a movie studio and theme park. 

I wonder who their mascot is going to be...  Homey 'da Clown?
