Oh gosh, I remember this thing. Obviously, I'm commenting on this months after it happened, but how embarrassing - Oprah's website couldn't print enough coupons, and KFC locations had to stop honoring the KFC coupons because of the overwhelming amounts of people that went in looking for a free dinner. Talk about victims of their own success. A lot of people were quite upset over the whole thing, although I don't remember what Oprah's people had to say on the whole thing.
You know what was another AWESOME coupon fiasco? Last year, when Dr. Pepper bet Axl Rose that if he released Chinese Democracy by years' end they'd give every person in the U.S. a Dr. Pepper, and then he actually DID - and then told them they'd better stick to it. Less sad than the Oprah/KFC debacle.
