Scientists Create Green Glowing Pigs

Green Glow PigTaiwanese scientists have just announced an incredible breakthrough, bringing humankind one step closer to a meal of green eggs and ham. Adding genetic material from a jellyfish, the researchers created glow-light pigs that are flourescent throughout. Even their internal organs glow.

From what I understand, you don't even need to snap and shake 'em. Truly a miracle of modern science.

If we're lucky, you may be able to go to the doctor someday and order up a quick rhino-plasty, calf-implants, and tentacle breasts.

seems to me there has been a raid on night vision goggles by the boys over at bbc.....

but really, i knew someone in school who was investigating something similar with frogs - ie, placing one in a tank with a jellyfish, lighting a couple candles, putting on some marvin gaye and letting nature take its due course....something intriguing about a glow-in-the-dark-frog-light you could carry around in your pocket....looks like he made a break to tiwan where the funding for such things flows like wine.
