Welsh Farmers Place Singles Ads on Milk Containers

Don't be fooled with the mug shots found on the Calon Wen milk containers. No, they aren't missing persons -- They are singles ads for five Welsh farmers.

Mr Jones said the countryside could be "a hard place to find a date".

The 30-year-old said he came up with the idea for the rural matchmaking venture after realising a large number of Welsh farmers were single.

"We want to encourage farmers to consider online dating as a fun way of meeting people."

The project is jointly run with online dating agency Pishyn (Welsh slang for gorgeous) where people who log on can find out more details about the farmers involved.

"Finding Dates Worth Keeping" is the title of a 1 -credit course being offered at the Univerisity of Sioux Falls.

I wonder what type of students will take that class? I wonder how many people will sign up thinking they might meet someone in the class?

Joel A. Friesen was desperate to keep his girlfriend by putting together a report describing why she should continue dating him. Joel's attempt at keeping his girlfriend can be construed in 1 of 3 ways: sweet, funny, or just plain desperate. Since she didn't stay with him I guess she found him to be too desperate. Sorry, Joel.

I'm really bummed. I had always thought of doing a website about dating and cheaters (I honestly did), but somebody (actually, a few people) beat me to the punch. Don't Date Him Girl is a site where you can search for cheating men or warn other women about men who have cheated on you.

Ideas for a good first date..

It's been a while since i've went out on a good old fashioned date. you know, one of those where you run through the rain under an umbrella, offer her your jacket when she's cold, hold hands in the theater, fake a british accent etc.. Suffering from feeling my age today in this 95 degree heat and 100% humidity, i thought i'd recpature my youth a little, and find out what those young whipersnappers are doing these days on their first dates.
please don't read this mel, i might try this out next time, and want you to be suprised.
