So how exactly does this handicap bathroom work?

I was thinking that a person would pull down the door which then works as a ramp that the handicapped person could ride up on, but that sounds ridiculous...  1) the person could just as easily roll on through the normal doorway of the regular restrooms, and 2) there is no way a wheelchair could fit through that square in the wall.  It's a mystery to me. 

Anybody else have any clever ideas?

Would you dare use this public toilet?

Here is a public toilet found in Basle, Switzerland.  The toilet is encased in one-way see-through glass.

If you have a weak stomach, the Martun isn't for you.

The Martun is a popular theme restaurant located in Taiwan. You are seated on.... ummm... a toilet and your dishes are served in toilet-like bowls.

Sure I've heard of people eating on beds or in the rainforest, but on the toilet? I'd prefer eating in private.
