If you enjoyed Jason's Irvine Underground lockpicking post a while back you might be interested in the Quick Vibrating Lockpick developed by Jared Bouck.  His howto includes pics as well as a short vid that demonstrates how the vibrating Oral-B Hummingbird lockpick works.

InventGeek.com gives Bouck's project a geek score of 8.0.  Give it a try.  It won't cost you much and won't tie up your entire day.
