Lawyer, Shailendra Dwivedi, has filed a criminal case against Bollywood actors Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan for their kissing scene in the movie Dhoom 2.

In a country where public intimacy is often frowned upon, the local court has agreed to hear Dwivedi's petition to punish the actors.

What did happen to funny-man Dave  Chappelle? 

After two successful seasons of his Comedy Central hit, Chappelle's Show, many of us were anxiously awaiting his third season.  The third season was postponed and rumors were flying that Chappelle admitted himself into a mental institution or drug rehab center in South Africa.  Dave spoke out and said, "I'm not crazy; I'm not smoking crack."  

So what really happened?

One man has developed The Chapelle Theory, which gives us the low-down of what caused Chappelle to go AWOL and the high-powered 'Dark Crusaders', who were strongly displeased with his sketches about racial stereotypes, especially towards African-Americans.

It's 'theory' and not necessarily the truth, but still an interesting read.

I started reading "A Million Little Pieces" by James Frey a couple weeks ago because of all the glowing recommendations made by co-workers, friends and, I admit, Oprah. 

It's a raw and honest book that speaks about Frey's recovery from years of drug and alcohol abuse.  His writing style brings you to believe that you are the addict.  But given the recent allegations made by The Smoking Gun, I'm not so sure "honest" is a word I should use when describing Frey's book.
