Jason gets credit for finding this banned XBox 360 ad. I guess seeing people playing with imaginary guns would cause our youth to go violent. Very cool ad if you were to ask me.
The XBox also had an ad that was banned where a newborn is ejected from the womb, ages several decades while flying through the air, and then crashes into a grave site.
For future reference when advertising XBox products, please consult the following general guidelines:
Don't do: advertisement, media or gameplay involving real people with simulated finger guns.
Do: advertisement, media, or gameplay involving simulated people shooting eachother with traditional, semi-automatic weapons.
Don't do: media portraying childbirth, the aging process, or old, half-naked geezers.
Do: media portraying explosive or concussive death or dismemberment, felony theft or vandalism, and young, half-naked prostitutes.
