Kid-Size, Parent Made "Thanatos" Mech Halloween Costume - Link

Cardboard costumes I make for my son are very, VERY sad compared to this "Thanatos" mech costume a father made for his son for Halloween. I think I have failed as a parent.

Transformers costumes that transform

My eldest son has become a huge classic Transformers fan. We came across an incredible Optimus Prime costume as we were surfing YouTube, but I couldn't help but be a little disappointed. Sure the costume looks great, but it doesn't transform. So, through more searching I found this YouTube video of various life-size Transformers that actually transform! Feast your eyes on these...

Apple fanboy iPhone display Halloween costumesA couple of Apple Fanboys decided to turn two stolen iPhone displays in Halloween costumes.  Great idea, guys, but consider yourselves caught.  Link to video.

Christmas Tree Dress for your Holiday Celebrations

Christmas tree dressI wish I would've seen this Christmas Tree dress sooner, otherwise, I would've been dropping jaws at Jason's company holiday party.  Bummer.

Boys, don't feel left out because this dress is unisex.

"Alien" Power Loader Halloween Costume

Alien Power Loader Halloween costumeThis "Alien" power loader Halloween costume is...  uh...  incredible.

Ben Hallert created his own power loader costume and kept an online journal of his progress.  He also included tons of pictures from start to finish.

Sorry, a tough chick isn't kicking alien butt with this power loader -- You'll have to watch the movie for that.

If you're interested in building your own power loader try this one on for size -- tough chick included.

Costumes for your Roomba

roobitZach loves our Roomba.  He chases it around the room, plays with the buttons, and tries to climb on top of it.  His favorite word (and his first) is "oomba".

The other night we were over at a friends' house.  They also have a Roomba that Zach loves to beat up.  As we were watching Zach turn the Roomba on and off we came up with the million dollar idea to make a Roomba just for kids--durable and colorful.

Well, our million dollar idea has been stolen once again...  Well, sort of.
