I've barely gotten any sleep since returning from the Philippines. I've had no problems (at least not as severe) with jet-lag in the task, but helping a 15-month old get over his jet-lag has proven to be a daunting task. Zach's sleeping schedule is still on Phililppine time and it has been difficult to get him back on track. We've had a lot of sleepless nights and sleepy days. Hopefully the both of us can recover from our jet-lag soon.
